Who ever isn't a scape goat is a person without a country. People tend to blame people from other countries for anything that the country has done. "I hate the Americans!""Get the torch! Don't let it reach China!" Yes indeed, we are all scape goats.
Let us reflect on history and how one man with a microphone used to sway a nation with a microphone.....Hitler, Roosevelt or was it Mugabe? Well you be the judge. The fact is that people should not be blamed for the actions of one man regardless of his/her nobility and wiseness. I speak on behalf of myself and others when I say the government should not execute all these under the table deals and "classified" actions if the nation will suffer the consequences. It is as if we have given our lives to one man's thoughts and ideas.
I am really ashamed to live in an advanced society where everybody speaks unknown languages. I use the word language loosely as in the language of the mind. Why can't society just calm down and take the position of a by stander in an on going chess game, the moves are more apparent and better thought out than when under the pressure of being a part of the game. Its really ignorant to blame a nation for actions, they were ignorant as of what to expect when they went to vote and made their marks beside their future leaders.
Please do not blame the people, blame the government, the people had no say whatsoever in the bombing of Hiroshima, the people had no say when Pearl Harbor was attacked, no say in the fall of the towers, none in Darfur, none in the actions of China, none, none, none.
So please think twice before saying, oh I hated the Germans, oh I hate the Chinese, oh gosh how I hate the Americans.........please specify and direct your hate towards the government. Why should I travel to a foreign country and have the the fear to say that I'm of this and this nationality without being detained or possibly murdered? I mean whats the deal? I never went to Hitler and said to do what he did, never went to Bush and told him to take the action he took.
Society is by all means the scape goat and thats that. As long as one man pits a nation against a nation, it'll be best to revert back to the stone age because this is not evolution.
